Neither the site nor its advertising partners is a consumer reporting agency or private investigation firm. They do not offer services for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The site helps visitors locate inmate, jail, court, and release-record resources in Albemarle County and Virginia.
