Terms Entered in Search
A name, place, or other term entered in a search tool is transmitted to the independent provider that operates that tool. Albemarle County Released Inmates does not keep or log those query terms on its own system. The provider’s privacy terms govern its handling of the request.
Messages Sent to Us
If you email or submit a contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share a message outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
